BESPOKE COVERING

Depending on settled specifications or end customer’s needs, we produce customised coverings assisting you during the planning process also giving you technical advice regarding the choice of materials to be used. The final product will be functional, extremely bright, also having an attractive design.

Bespoke coverings are generally made up of clear or opal plastic materials either thermoformed or cold formed. They are equipped with a double metallic structure – the former with a supporting purpose and the latter with a sheet-holding purpose – and potential opening parts aimed at ensuring ventilation through a “chimney effect”.

The supporting metallic structure undergoes a hot-dip galvanizing and a powder coating process, whilst the sheet-holding structure – due to its material (aluminium) – undergoes powder coating. It is possible to choose the desired RAL colour.

Air and water tightness is ensured by EPDM rubber rotproof gaskets, all guaranteed for their performing features and durability.
